Glucose, Maltose, Dextrose all ryhmes with gross...

Well. How do I start this. I found out I might have diabetes, not fun. I had the symptoms for about 2 weeks now but didnt know what they were for. i used WebMD.com to put in my symptoms and it led to diabetes, both my parents have it. So why was I so blind not to take care of myself. I visted my mom's this past week and I tested my blood sugar with her tester, I was at 506. Ya she totally flipped out, and I had no clue what that number really meant. She stated "You could go into a coma any second and not wake up!" Ok. Thanks Mom for telling me that I could die any minute. So she rants and raves, and Im telling her to calm down, what is that going to do. So she calms down and tells me to take care of myself- I find my Mom to be a pro at diabetes, thats all she does is find new ways to control it and research into it more. -So then she starts telling me my pancreas could shut down, and I could die that way. So I laugh, not because its funny, but mostly for being nervous, and she starts to yell at me "ITS NOT FUNNY!" So that was a tense moment for everyone there. --So now I am pricking my fingers three times a day and carefully monitoring what I eat, although it is not easy, even though I could possibly go into a coma for eating a Baconator, but I am getting better. My levels are still very high, and I am told to go on a fast, like the doctor has you do, to test you. I have yet to start that.... BUT, I am watching what I eat and starting to exercise daily. Who would of known, everyone but me... Ahhh life. It gets to ya, but on the other hand, I am certainly glad I decided to test myself and recognize the symptoms.

-Peace

The neighbors above me...

Ha ha.. This was a post in another blog I had to copy. Credits to davidgrote for post and where ever it was created from. I was mad about the kids above my apartment yelling and running around, so I did a search and this is what I found behind all the other post that were complaints:

Thanks to the "Bonus Gravity" provided by my landlords, whoever moves in above me will weigh approximately nine times their normal weight. To remind me that you got the "Bonus Gravity" deal, please make sure to stomp your huge, ham-filled feet every step you take. If I cannot track your current location to within a centimeter, you aren't doing your job.

When not watching television, you should take it off the TV stand and face it, screen down, at the floor. Make sure to turn the volume up as loud as possible. If I cannot hear what lesson Kimmy Gibbler learned today on "Full House", I will petition for your eviction.

The best time for your idiot friends to come over is between 2:00 and 8:00 am or whenever I'm sleeping. Once you see my lights turn off, make sure your crazy pal Eddie is on his way over with that DVD of "The World's Largest Explosions - Caught on Film!"

All of your phones must have their ringer hooked up to a bass guitar amplifier. This way, when your phone rings for the 10,000th consecutive time without you picking it up, I will realize you must've accidentally tripped over and broke your 1500-pound skull on the coffee table and I should probably alert the proper authorities.

When shutting doors, pretend the Grim Reaper himself is chasing you throughout your house. Slam them as hard as possible to prevent him from sneaking into your place causing the hundreds of filthy plants you own to die.

Taking a shower at 3:00 am is perfectly acceptable. Since my apartment is lined with hundreds of different pipes which carry water to approximately 17 different countries, make sure to urge your friends to take showers at the same time.

Every day at 8:00 pm, you should drop something large and heavy such as:

-A refrigerator
-A wheelbarrow full of lead and concrete
-A month's collection of all the Slim Jims and yahoo you consume
-The entire world

If you don't have access to any of those items, then just trip and fall over. Try to at least be holding some cinder blocks while doing so.

When speaking to a friend who has come over to visit and toss bowling balls around your apartment, make sure to use a megaphone whenever laughing at something he says. This way I'll know your friend is a very funny and witty man (who cannot catch bowling balls).

The "bass" knob on your stereo stands for "Better Acoustic Sounding Songs" and should be cranked up as loud as possible to reflect quality. Try to listen only to rap, techno, and anything which features a kick drum the size of a delivery van. If the song has lyrics, you should turn the bass up so high that it sounds like the the singer is repeatedly chanting, "mwog bbblrrgm gwaf."

Don't ever leave your apartment. Ever. Ypsilanti air is known for its trace amounts of cyanide floating around in it, so it's safer for you to simply hibernate in there for the next nine years.

Much like in exciting video games, hitting surrounding objects with a hammer may reveal magic prizes hidden inside. Smack everything you can find with a hammer or large wooden board. Then smack the wooden board with a hammer because, who knows, it might be a trick.

When the power in the entire block goes out at 10:00 PM and you notice everybody else's lights are off, be sure to shout, "DID THE POWER GO OFF?!?" out your window. There could be a family a few miles away that still has power, in which case you could go over to their house and borrow a cup of electricity so you may operate the jackhammer you've got going in your kitchen.

Had a great day with Jessica!

There are many things I enjoy in life but the one thing I enjoy the most is spending the day with Jessica. We have so much fun together, for instance I got off at work at five one afternoon and Jessica and her Mom were shopping together. Okay... Let me fill you in on some info, Jessica's mom is terribly jealous of me, she wishes she could have Jessica 24/7, but no I found her and moved her out and into our own place and the future mother-in-law goes insane. She is always trying some way to make me mad and leave Jessica, but it won’t work. She is always pushing me to turn into a Catholic and always asking Jessica, could she imagine her life without me and see how much happier she could be. So ever since this begun, I have always done things to upset her, like if all three of us are at the grocery store she wants me to walk behind them so that Jessica is beside her, but knowing me I grab Jessica's hand and pull her all the way to the other side of the store and her mother gets ridiculously crazy. That same day after her Mom checks out and the car is loaded, I ask Jessica to ask her mom to treat us to dinner, and her mom can't refuse these kinds of offers because she is the type to throw her money around. So we decide to eat at a local Asian buffet. Although there is one problem, her Dad is not with us, so I offer to go pick him up because there was no more room in the van because of the shopping and I had my car from just getting off work. Talking about this, she lets us understand that she would go get him and I would wait at the restaurant for them. So we leave and now I am waiting and I call Jessica to assure we are meeting at the same restaurant, it was confirmed, and then she asks "You’re going to get my Dad, right?" I say no, I thought you all were, because I asked your mom before I left if she was and she said yes. Then she tells me, "Well my Mom understood that you were going to get him." So I said "well shit..." and screaming profanity abruptly, knowing that her Mom is doing this on purpose to annoy me. After that I said, "Ok, I'll go get him," she says ok. We hang up and her mother appears and blows her horn at me, on accident, she says. I get in my car and leave to go get her Dad. Minutes later I pull into their street and guess who I see, her Mom in the fucking van and her Dad getting in. I’m like what the fuck! Starring at her mom, she gives me an evil look, like mother-in-laws give. Jessica joins me in my car and she says her mother refused to let her call me to let me know I didn’t have to go get him anymore because I messed up the first time. SO ANGRILY I SCREAM NASTY things about her mom and wanting to refuse to go eat. ....you see people her mother likes to do tricky things in order to set me off, and then act like she has no idea what I am talking about... back to the main subject.. I love to spend my days with Jessica no matter if we’re doing things to piss off her Mom or walking down 2nd street in Louisville or on the top floor of the parking garage at the airport watching planes take off and land. No matter what happens around us, we are always having fun and laughing about the people that are jealous.

People that can't drive.

Why does it seem that the first tiny flake of snow hits the windshield everyone slams on their brakes and causes accidents, I saw four accidents today. I encountered a few dumb people today and let them know. First Jessica and I were driving towards my mom's house because she accidently let the dog out, we were going over to bring him home. On the way there was this redneck with a huge truck probably smoking dope (refer to Concieded?) decides to stroll on over in my lane and almost cause an accident, I was right beside their window, to me that is not a blindspot, look over and you'd see Jessica gawking at the huge truck about to hit us. Luckily he didn't and waved at me like, "What the hell you doing over there in the first place" So I rolled down my window and told him a few things, but getting past the childish crap of yelling at another car, we continue on. Im at my Mom's minutes later and she already got him back inside, go figure... So we drive on back home. On the way this teen girl, that was probably driving her mom's malibu turned her signal on and came to a stop to wait for the traffic, about a minute later she changes her mind and drives on. Then she does it at the next street, I can't find any room for me to swing around her so I wait, she changes her mind again, then at the next street, again, and I'm asking Jessica, is this really happening... So she is finally clear of traffic enough for me and her to turn in... and she waits... for the traffic. So I of course still a little upset about the last incedent, rolled down the window and yelled at her being completely childish again, then she actually goes. There was at least 10 cars behind me. Then after this, an old silverado truck in the middle turning lane has it's ass in the middle of the road behind her, she's not even in the middle, I could not get around her, so I came to a stop and luckily her window was down, and let her know politely to get her ass out of the way by pulling up. So she does and looks like she did nothing wrong and smokes her cigarette. It really scares me how many people don't have common sense or even the ability to know how to be a good driver. I agree I don't have patience for the people that can not drive. Everyone that has ever rode in my car says they feel safe and I could get you there 10 minutes less, and it's not because I speed, but because I'm smart and I use good judgement and most of all common sense.

On our trip to Florida this past couple of weeks, Driver's in Georgia that have probably never seen snow, were purposely driving into the snow on the side of the interstate, because they were probably like, "HEY  Look at me Im driving in snow!! Weeee!!!" All in the merryment and then BAMMM! Spinout and smack into the guard rail, its common sense not to drive in snow going 75... If you have a good working brain, please utilize it for the safety of you and others like me, by the way me and Jess saw 11 accidents through Georgia, from people driving on the side of the interstate. Maybe a few were actual real "accidents,' but doubtful, dont drive in snow goind 75....

Conceited?

Why are so many people hard headed? What makes us become to where we only care of our own thoughts? Why do so many people continue living the same way day after day even though they know its wrong or hurting others? What is the thrill behind doing bad things that make people continue to do them. is it the self satisfaction they believe to acquire or the joy of doing something secretive that know one knows but you. What made us become so selfish to need to kill people walking down the street for $10 and a jacket. Its mostly drugs I know, but it goes beyond that. Why would people choose to go wrong and completely fuck the world up. Why do people feel that drugs is a solution for problems or even alcohol? Ok, maybe they say its not my solution of problems or pain, then why would you do it anyway. Is the feeling that great, because honestly I never had a "good" feeling doing any of these, and if it is because of getting good feelings then you are obviously not happy what God has given you, and basically rubbing it in his face. There are people suffering so bad in Haiti and the person living next to you is thinking, "I wonder what that would be like high?" What the hell is that. Fucking sick..... Any insight on this?? Sorry just got to thinking again.
